1 year ago today ....
... Justin was diagnosed with Hodgkins. WOW! 1 year ago!! we feel so grateful to be on this side of the year and that Justin is looking great and feeling so good. I guess you could call this his "cancerversary" ... yet another reason to celebrate (we seem to find many reasons to celebrate and I think that's what life's about! celebrating these special moments)
Justin is feeling strong, we continue to eat healthily and we are walking approx. 4km each morning (when we don't feel like it, the dogs get us moving because they don't like to miss out on their walk!)
We are in the process of signing up to be cancer buddies, to get together and support others that are facing the same diagnosis. We are very excited to be able to share and encourage others that are facing this challenge and to walk alongside them.
We feel blessed, grateful and VERY VERY thankful.
